I bought this product from the outlet in class C, having been refurbished/revalidated by the manufacturer. When I first plugged it in to my computer the included initialisation-software did not work as intended (on Mac), ending in me only having access to a tiny ~400MB-part of the drive. After a little finicking and messing around I finally got it formatted right (through windows 11) to access the whole 2TB from both windows and Mac systems.
I expect my issues were due to it having been repaired/revalidated and sold as an outlet product, and I'm happy to be tech-savvy enough to get it working properly. Got a great deal on this one!
