Really disappointed in the product. Don't waste your $. Does not perform at all as advertised.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a good privacy filter, easy to apply and does the job.

Sadly, this filter didn't work at all as advertised. It amplified rather than eliminating glare, and also added a glare in the shape of my body and chair as I sat in front of it. With the filter installed, the screen was so dark I could only barely read the letters and see the pictures, even with my display set at 100% brightness. I was unable to view the mouse pointer at most locations on the screen, and when I did see it, it was not where it should have been. I tried every possible position on my Lenovo laptop, and was unable to eliminate the problems. Also, I installed it as directed, but when I removed it according to the instructions, some sticky residue from the attachment strip remained on my screen. It did arrive in perfect condition, and in a timely fashion. I didn't attach it until the 29th day after purchase, so when I called the following day to request a return, it was technically outside of the allowed 30 day return window. I had to speak to three different representatives to reach the correct department, but the final representative made an exception to enable a late return and full refund, which I appreciated. Each representative was kind, understanding, and genuinely interested in helping me. I rate customer service 5 stars!

So small for W550, and no privacy, still you can see from all angles.
