IT WORKS ... uncomplicated and sturdy. It has a posted limit of around 7 lb, but if your hunk is well balanced on the spit, then that really doesn't seem to matter. I just finished a 20 lb full-sized picnic ham, being careful to make sure it was well balanced. NO problem. The motor hardly made any sign of being worked.

The rotation rate is nice and slow. Good for sprinkling salty-stuff on while it is cooking.

I saw several reviews that mentioned this unit didn't fit their grill. I wonder if they ordered the wrong unit or just didn't know how to properly install. This unit perfectly fits my Weber EPX-335 grill. Assembly was easy. However, one issue that I had to figure out was the diagram in the instructions showed attachment of the bracket to the side of the grill body using the BOTTOM set of holes. For the Genesis 2022 series, it needs to be mounted in the TOP set of holes. But, once I figured that out, the rest of the set up was easy.

I removed the grates and found I had plenty of room to put a catch pan beneath my 4 lb. roasting chicken to catch the juices. Some mentioned a pan wouldn't fit. I didn't find that to be the case. I am also confident that if I had a 6-10 lb. roast on the spit, that would fit as well. Just make sure the drip pan's sides are about 2" high maximum. You don't need anything more than that.

Overall, the motor is quiet and powerful enough to handle the job. The skewer rod is the right size with rotation notches appropriately placed to fit the various grill configurations.

I give this 5 stars for quality and ease of use. I recommend this item.

Husband was wanting a rotisserie for a while. Since we got a new Weber grill decided to get him one. He loves it.

I have used this rotisserie frequently, year round, for the last six years. It has been permanently attached to my grill sitting out in the elements the whole time and I have never had an issue with it. I've used it for 1 and 2 chickens at a time, turkeys, ducks, goose, and roasts. Couldn't live without it.

We just love the new rotisserie we recently bought from Webber Grills. We have used it twice so far and the results have been really great. Our large chicken was sumptuous and the pork loin we cooked with the rotisserie came out perfect.

Rotisserie rod does not properly fit into the motor and disengages often

It was an easy install, built solid, has good chrome (appears) and a strong motor to turn a big piece of beef.

Motor is quite but it sets to low on my genesis 2 S-335

When the motor is mounted it sets right against the tray and the rod rides right on the grill

With the grates removed i only have 4 inches from the center of the spit to the flavorizer bars not going to work for any larger meats definitly not a 15 or 16 lb roast

Upon installation to a Genesis II the mounting bracket did not link up correctly and my 12 lb turkey stop turning. I had to prop something behind the motor to push it into place while I was grilling. Appears that the motor needed to rid up on the bracket making it less solid. Will need to work with the mounting to ensure next time it works as advertised.

Great tool! Powerful enough to turn with ease. Fast clean up. Will use again today.

I bought this to make a turkey breast on the grill for thanksgiving. Tried it out with a chicken this past weekend and it worked well. Chicken was great!

Ok, maybe I didn't invent this hack, but I will take credit for it anyway! I really hate prepping the chicken to get ready to rotisserie it, all the trusssing slippery wings and legs. So instead of skewering the bird front to back, I jab the bird from side to side, catching the wings and legs with the spines of the rotisserie. No more flapping wings or legs, a perfect chicken!

This rotisserie works like a charm. I used Weber’s rotisserie for years and I loved it. Unfortunately I sold it with my old Weber now had to buy a new one. You’ll love it also.

Worked well, however, wish it accommodated items more than 7 inches. We did a 2 lb. chicken and it barely fit.

Works great! Very quiet and operates smoothly while cooking a whole chicken.

The unit itself is very nice, very quiet and it seems well made. I have used it once and it was very smooth and rotated evenly and slowly as it should. The bracket is quite simple and it catches things like rain, etc and does not match the overall aesthetic of the rest of the unit. The fit is OK, but it has a bit of play in the length which seems like it is a "universal" fit instead of a custom one. The components are solid and look like they will last a good long while, however.

Works well though I wish there was a way to actually raise it just a couple of inches higher for larger cuts of meat/fowl.

I never dreamed I would buy a gas grill. I have always used charcoal. But the grill and the rotisserie is wonderful! I’ll use this rotisserie as much as I’ll use the grill for every day grilling! It is the bomb!! Love it!

Mounts on the grill so there is very little clearance. Roasted a chicken and I had to remove the grates for it to fit – still there was no room for a drip pan under the chicken. Cook a turkey – impossible. It may work for a smaller roast, but I am disappointed in Weber’s product design.

The rotisserie was was to install and works great. We have cooked ribs and a pork loin, both were perfect.

Great product. Don’t know why I didn’t get one years ago.

The rod does not line up with motor in either mounting holes

Solid and works well but setup is reversed from instructions as S-335 has left side warming burner. So right side motor mount takes away some space from prep area. Motor is also reversed and switch is in the back. Motor also wobbles in the mount and rotisserie shaft barely engages. It does work though.

My first attempt at a rotisserie turned out great. Everybody loved it, the skin was perfect and I can wait to try more….
