Lovely looking appliance, plenty of space for food with family of 4 however didn't expect it to pack up after only being 17 months old it has taken just over a month to fix came out with wrong part then they had to order one ruined Xmas & new year and after sales is terrible

We have had this refrigerator for over a year now and complaints at all, its been very good with no problems, I recommend it to anyone and easy to fit

So much space in the fridge

Super product, no plumbing required so made it easy to place where we wanted it to go.

Excellent, stylish looking fridge freezer. Lots of room in both the fridge and freezer sections. The ability to have the water non plumbed is really useful as we do not have water close to the fridge which would have made connecting it to a water supply difficult. Large water tank so your not having to refill the tank often.

I loved the 2 fruit and vegetable drawers, so much space (not used to that as my old fridge only had one drawer!)

The instaview door is a gimmick really but makes the fridge really nice looking, something a bit different to your normal fridge.

The only negative I can find (and it’s not really a major negative) is the ice goes everywhere when it’s dispensed. If you don’t hold the glass close enough you end up getting showered in ice, not really a negative and certainly wouldn’t put me off buying this fridge/freezer. Also a drip tray would be nice in the water section but again not a real negative. Buy one you won’t be disappointed!!!

This unit is amazing- it looks stylish with a great feature with the light up section to place everyday items eg milk, cans etc for ease of access . The refillable unit is easy to use without the hassle and expense of having to physically change a water filter . The cold water/ice dispenser is invaluable for thirsty children after playing outdoors and for providing ice for cocktails for the parents. Everyone who sees it comments on what an impressive fringe/ freezer it is. I’m really pleased with this and would highly recommend it .

"knock, knock" toiminto ja puoliovi pikkujutskille jääkaapissa on kiva.

Vesi, jäämurska ja jääpalat suoraan lasiin tuovat pikkuripauksen luksusta arkeen.

This arrived this morning. The dimensional spec said height to top of hinges (which are only at the front) 1790mm, height to top of box 1750mm. I had space at the front for the 1790mm but was restricted further back to 1740mm.

But there weres electrical connections on the top of the box which meant a space of at least 1790mmm was required through the depth of the available space.

The installers failed to install and I spent the day increasing the clearance in an enclosed space (fortunately just possible). It was heavy to manipulate once the installers had departed.

Having taken great trouble to ensure the space was big enough before ordering, I was very disappointed.The product looks good, but not yet used.

Had this for a year now and cannot be happier with the fridge. Keeps fruit and veg fresh for the longest time. Love the door features. being able to grab the most used items quickly from the front is great. Water cooler and ice maker also very good. Only wish the freezer was the same size or the sizing was reversed as a purchase option as I like to cook for the freezer. Also wish you could move the shelves about in both fridge and freezer to suit yourself.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have many LG products as I believe it is a real quality brand. This product has not disappointed me as it is modern, looks great and more importantly it assists me day to day with its efficient ergonomic craftsmanship. I am a fan of products that are energy efficient as have quite a large family and having a smart meter installed I have seen a reduction after installing this product!

The product was easy to set up from the start including the water dispenser tank which I thought would be a little problematic. It was easy to remove, fill and install again. I have had the product for a bit now and it runs quietly which is important as its installed in an area where peace and quiet is needed.

I think the "knock on door twice" InstaView is a great gadget but best of all is how it is designed so that you can open front door compartment without opening the full fridge which is absolute God send when it comes children and giving them quick access to drinks, milk, yoghurt, jam, butter and day to day items they need without going into the main compartment messing things up! Cleaning that area is also very easy and I’ve found I don’t have to clean the whole fridge when there are the enviable spillage.

Now I haven’t experienced a smelly fridge since I’ve had this product! The Pure N Fresh actually works very well and eradicates the smells that often occurs. I also like the fact that you can store away vegetables and fruits in their own boxes, keeping smells contained and has the advantage of allowing them to be kept fresh.

I do my weekly shop and manage to store all items in there without an issue and the product seems to maximise on the space available especially when it comes to the behind door space available to store food. Everything seems to have a place and the product doesn’t seem cluttered and disorganised with a big shop. I use the express freeze after having the door open for a while (after the beep notification that you have left the door open more than the time you should) to bring it back to the right temperature again which is a good feature.

If there was a downside (and I’m being really pedantic) it would be how the crushed ice is dispensed which is easily addressed by lifting cup/glass higher up to catch it all.

I also downloaded the SmartthinQ app on phone and hooked product up to WiFi… but no point really as it just shows the temperature of the fridge and freezer at this time and the actual products control panel is so simple view the information that it makes the app redundant, but I’m sure more features will be added.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had this for a few weeks now are are so impressed. It has some really great features that I thought it would be useful to share:

The fruit and vegetable drawers (‘fresh balancer’) keep everything fresher than our old fridge.

The ‘door in door’ is brilliant for accessing things you would normally have in the fridge door. The fact you can see what you have without opening it is a cool feature.

The freezer has loads of space and it’s really good to have shelves instead of drawers as it’s so much easier to see what you have.

Overall it has tons of space for the size, the space is well used because it doesn’t look like a huge fridge but the capacity is amazing.

Finally, all the shelves, etc can come out which will make it easy to clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy with this fridge freezer. It looks smart, luxurious and great in our home- modern, clean lines and very shiny. We have kept one side for our magnets, as the fridge looks too stylish to put them on the front on show.

The fridge itself has some fantastic features. The window into the fridge I thought might be a bit gimmicky, however I have used this feature quite a lot. It has mesmerised my husband, I have often heard him downstairs chirpily tapping away at it – I’m pleased he no longer stand with fridge door open for periods of time (like a TV) aimlessly looking. Happy husband, happy wife. I’ve never realised how often I opened the fridge just to get a cold drink before using the door in door. I have found I don’t open the main fridge as much as a result. Inside the fridge itself the door shelves are very deep and can hold large bottles of coke/milk easily. There is a handy wine rack in the fridge that suspends under a shelf, making the most of space inside. The spacing between shelves is perfect. You can tell this fridge has been well thought out in how it's going to be used. There is even an air fresher type thing in the fridge to help neutralise smells.

This fridge freezer does not need water connection, it has an easy to use water tank within the fridge. It holds 4 litres at a time, and uses to dispense cold water and make ice. There are two options for the ice- crushed or bigger cubes. The freezer makes these automatically from the water tank every 8 hours. It was simple to set up and use. Drinking glasses have to be held directly underneath the glass dispensing opening otherwise ice can bounce everywhere – but its no biggy to do this.

The freezer (and fridge) took almost no time to get to temperature, which surprised me. I really like the space ratio of freezer and fridge. This works very well for my family needs. The balance works great and there’s a lot of space in both. My favourite part is the shelves in a freezer. I've always had drawers that I was worried about usability but as most things come in boxes or tubs that didn't need to worry. The shelves are so useful in seeing what's in the freezer easily without digging around. They are very deep so can hold a lot of items. There is both shelves and draws, I am using the draws for meals I've already cooked / items in freezer bags. What’s great about this freezer vs other American Fridge Freezers is that as its deep, the ice machine does not impact the internal space.

We are really happy with this Fridge Freezer, and can see why its rated well by Which.

I have alway been biased towards Germany built kitchen products but the quality of this LG I believe is as good as any Meile I have owned. The way the door with in a door allows access to the fridge is a great idea. It dose seem a bit of a gimmick the view panel but I have found handy to see what’s in the fridge without having to open it. The freezer is cool (sorry bad pun) but it actually is design to allow easy access to frozen stuff, no more cold hands routing about in baskets. It’s also nice to have a water chiller/drinks dispenser without having to plumb it in.

I am so looking forward to Christmas (also any other party’s)now I have all this space to store food and drink.

The controls are easy to use I do like the nice big display, no need to get glasses out to read it.

I could go on and on about how I like this fridge but get one and see for yourself.

Just a thought it’s big carefully check the width of your doors/access I am glad I did.

Once setup correctly this fridge is amazing and we love it, works flawlessly and really has a large fridge and freezer space. It makes ice really fast and serves perfectly chilled water. Very happy with purchase.
