Worked well until the low toner indicator came on.

Purchased a expensive genuine toner . Installed still says low low toner.

Tried all the support suggestions, still the same

My first laser was a Brother then after many years changed to another brand which kept dropping wireless link. Now bought another Brother laser. Easy to set up and well recommended by reviews and Which? No issues at all, great printer

Bought over six months ago, very easy to use and never any issues, very efficient and reliable.

Great bit of kit, simple to setup. Always available on WiFi wakes up instantly from sleep mode. Used from computer, phone and tablet.

Decided to buy this model which only cost a few pounds more than a new fuser unit for my old printer. Works well , is quiet and does automatic duplex printing which I like as it saves effort and paper.

Bought few weeks ago, not used a lot but working satisfactorily so far .

Initially could not set up on my virgin media internet but after downloading latest software, set up completed.

Also works well with brother android app

I bought this a couple of months back to replace an HP inkjet that gave me nothing but aggravation. The Brother Laser printer was very easy to install, it has been perfectly reliable and has a good paper capacity. Highly recommended

Purchased a Brother laser printer after some reviews homework and recommendations by the Linux Mint & Ubuntu communities. Brother printers in general are very Linux friendly and drivers are available freely. The Printer: installed with no fuss at all, plug and play, wireless printing also seamless. I print mainly ebay type notes and a lot prefer to type addresses directly to envelopes, my HLL2350DW prints the notes in seconds, far faster than the previous Canon I had. Envelope printing I choose to 1 at a time, and it does this perfectly. Cost of inks is far cheaper now, and not 1 paper jam or foul up like I was having all the time with the last printer. Really happy I made the change to a stress free printer !

The HL -2350DW has been a real brother in arms to me since I started using it. As a writer, who uses the Brother several times a week, it's double sided economy and efficiency, as well as the print quality have meant that I can get on with my work. In recent poetry performances I have done the double sided print meant that I could read from one sheet without the disturbance of shuffling papers, but it is also useful to be a level to print single sides when I want to incorporate illustration. A brilliant tool.

I bought this a month ago and I'm very pleased with my purchase. I had a very senior moment trying to open the cartridge drawer when setting it up, but the salesman came to my rescue and was very kind and helpful. I was trying to open the wrong draw! I suspect he had a grand tale to tell his colleagues that afternoon!

Up to now it was great to use. Easy to install. Easy to work with. Then there was a power cut and now only the green light is flashing and nothing works. Have I run out of ink? Have I got to reset it in a particular way? I don’t know. It’s almost brand new andI am unable to use it!!

I bought this laser printer 3 months ago. was fed up colour printer inks drying out all the time, This machine was so easy to set up virtually did it self ,which was a great help to me as i'm not tech savvy . good value for money . yes the toner is a little bit more expensive but it out classes the inkjet i was always having to replace.

I purchased this to replace an ailing different branded printer which gave up on me.

Using this daily for work at home is a god-send. It's efficient and quick, as well as saving me a ton of paper as it prints on both sides in one go.

Linking to the wifi took hours, several YouTube videos. Truly dreaful instructions on Brother website.

Easily the best printer I've ever bought. Super cheap to run (as far as i can tell). Very simple to set up. Love that I can print from my phone so quickly... Avoids the endless faffing about with expensive cartridges.

I bought this after years of coping with an inkjet printer. I'm only an occasional user but have plenty to print when I do. With the ink jet, I used to use more ink having to clean the heads every time I printed. My ink costs were astronomical. This Brother printer is quiet, with excellent print quality and speedy to respond to print requests. It does exactly what it says on the tin!! My printing frustrations went out of the door with my old ink jet!!!
