We bought it during the Black Friday, so good value for the money we paid. Satisfying materials are used in this product, and it looks good.
The buttons need to be pressed relatively hard, no soft touch or anything like that.
The way it works is a bit weird, since you need to press the degree buttons first, and then press the power button, otherwise, it seems that it is powered on, but does nothing, and then it turns off automatically. It was completely the other way around when working with other electric kettles, since you first power on, and then you press the degree you want to heat the water, and they start right away.
Understanding how the keep warm feature works takes some time, since that's not explained properly in the user manual. When, the water is boiled to 100 degrees, I put the tea filter in it, and I need to keep the water warm without boiling it to brew the tea properly, at this point (the water is around 90-95 degrees), the keep warm can work only with degree such as 80 or 90, otherwise, if a degree such as 60 or 70 is selected, it just keeps beeping (which is annoyingly loud), and since the keep warm works only for 20 minutes, then it will be over by the time the water reaches to those degrees.
It takes time to understand how it works, but all the beeping and not being very straightforward is not creating the best first impression.
All in all, it does the job, but not in a fancy way. To be honest, I was expecting something more intelligent.
