Arvosana 5/5I already had a smaller Emile Henry's tagine that I have been using for 10 years. As I was really satisfied with the quality, I decided to buy a bigger one. The tagine suits for electric and induction stoves, and its shape creates a wood oven effect. Food comes out tender and full of flavor. It also has a beautiful appearance and can be placed in the middle of table, so people can serve themselves.
