I ordered this product online and receive it after 15 days even though it says 5 days on the website. However, this is not a big problem. My issue is it come in a cheap transparent plastic bag with no details. It doesn't say who manufacture it, where it was made, when it was made, no price.. nothing. I am not sure if I am getting a new product or second hand product. That being said, the headphone cushion are good and looks almost like original. So far no complain with the product itself.
