Bought this 6 months ago but didn't realise there was no bluetooth. Bit annoying as I want to listen with my wireless/bluetooth headphones. Also, can't pause/record programmes without attaching a hard drive. Not so smart.

TV was good when we first got it. After a few weeks of use it turned it's self off for no apparent reason. After the last update this appears to have stopped. The only other fault is the picture stutters as though the frame rate is incorrect. On the positive it set up easily to freeview and freesat although tv guide on freesat never completes. I would have liked bluetooth however not provided on this model. Some of the set up instructions can be difficult to follow and an (i) button on the remote for programme information would be useful. Overall picture is of good quality if the sutter is not happening sound is excellent. Good tv for the money.

got rid of it, hdmi port failed after 4 months, LG wouldn't take ownership of fault and fix it, reverted me back to where I brought it from, and they wanted me to send it to them to fix which meant I would be without a TV over Christmas period, so I went out and brought a Samsung and will never by an LG again after being loyal to LG for.many years.

To date an excellent TV - easy setup, good colour & sound.

This television has a very dim backlight and has a terrible, aggressive, auto dimming feature which dims even slightly darker scenes, which is especially noticeable when scrolling through web pages, or on bright daytime scenes where a sudden, small, shaded area will cause the entire screen to dim.

When the screen is at its brightest, though, it looks decent for the price, though still fairly dull, but the auto dimming, which cannot be turned off, ruins it.

I have had a few problems at times it has a mind of its own. Generally very pleased with it , does what we wanted, big enough for our room.

Great TV once I'd gotten used to the controls haha! Would recommend it 100%.

Wonderful picture, very good sound quality, especially the optical output.

This is the 2nd LG tv i've had. This one is for my kitchen. Great clear picture, easy to set up and easy to set up. Recommended.

Slow at TV listings list, Music app is not user friendly

Essential to go to Settings and look at wide range of picture and sound options to tailor to your needs. Overall delighted with this TV and good value

We bought this TV based on previous LG models. It's been wall mounted in our gym and is great for YouTube treadmill runs. A great buy!

Great size and easy to navigate and value for money

While the LG is a great TV, the OS and UX leaves a lot to be desired. It feels clunky and not seamless. Often trying to navigate to find key information becomes a chore. Added to this is the inability to connect bluetooth devices. In this day and age, I want my bluetooth headphones to connect for private listening. It's good but time will tell if it beats my old Samsung TV or connecting via a Roku Box.

Good smart tv for the price, I like the Netflix and Amazon buttons on the remote, go picture and wide viewing angle. Had a little trouble with voice going out of sync at first but this seems to have resolved itself. All in all a good tv.

This model is perfect for our medium sized living room. Set up was very user friendly and the ability to connect quickly to Spotify, Netflix and Amazon Prime Video is a fantastic function. I find the sound quality to be good as well. When using my old telly I would boost the sound be playing it through a sound bar. No need now.

Second LG TV, 1st one is non-smart. This model his very beautiful colours. Lots of apps available, although we many use YT. Find it difficult to adjust the picture as it seems to have less control than older models
