This is our second ambilight TV now. I wouldn't buy another type after having ambilight. It has such an impact! It makes watching movies at home a cinematic and exciting experience! As well as this, we no longer use the light in our living room as the effect from the tv is far better. The TV itself has a great picture and clear sound. Would definitely recommend!

I was apprehensive about buying this TV as there were no reviews around. The TV is absolutely fabulous with it’s all metal finish and designer speakers. The performance is amazing with picture and sound quality on par with any high end TV. The TV supports almost all formats. The Ambilight feature is simply out of this world and you’ll never go for anything else once you’ve experienced the 4 sided ambilight.

Loving this TV! Only thing I would want to see in the future is an 85 inch version.

Ihan ok kokonaisuus kokoisekseen, painava mutta tyylikäs. Kuva kohtuu hyvä kun löytää mieleiset säädöt. Soundbar hyvä, mutta ei mielestäni hifi-tasoa.

Kuva ja ääni hyvät, yksi harmaa vertical banding noin 4 cm korkea näkyy ruudun oikeassa alareunassa vaalealla taustalla, siitä pois yksi tähti.

Kaukosäädin on hyvä ja samoin Google tv käyttöjärjestelmä.

Lip sync pelaa, ääni on kirkas ja selkeä, bassoja saa lisää subbarilla, en ole vielä kokeillut.

The back light is fantastic and picture display options my only fault is the lip sync, I have gone into the settings but nothing seems to work ? Otherwise it would have been 5 star

The TV itself is beautiful, picture is so bright and colourful! But the boweres and wilkins soundbar is well below par! Such a shame, this should be a match made in heaven... but! And its a big one, the sound is awful! There is absolutely no depth at all! No matter how many hours you spend with the settings, you just end up wanting more! I've bought a wharffale sub in the desperate attempt to bring some kind of depth to this system, especially as it has a dedicated sub output, but it only sends the absolute lowest tones to the sub, so you end up with average mids, and very occasionally thundering bass! Which leaves you darting for the remote to turn it down! In my opinion, keep the tv, as its epic, but ditch the sound bar, because honestly, it's crap!

Very satisfied with the picture, but unfortunately the TV is suffering from very poor firmware. I'm giving sound through optical cable to a logitech z906, and all the time when I'm changing sources on the TV I need to turn on and off the speakers to start playing again. Other times although I have tv speakers disabled, they start playing at full volume until I turn them off again. Other times I have black screen for a few minutes until the TV restarts by itself. Generally all these problems destroy the experience and in forums there are lots of people with similar issues that Phillips doesn't seem to be able to fix with updates up to now.
