Whilst the model looks good and the price, it is ... if it works, however like anything thats too good to be true, it isnt. The battery was dead after storage in the winter (a warm building). There were no instructions to charge the device when not using it. Then when collapsing the bike the wire inside was covered by a small spring, making it difficult to close the device without the wire getting caught. Anyone (child, adult) can snag this easily. Any slight breakage to this wire will cause the WHOLE circuit board to stop working. My father who is a trained electrician repaired the wires but the whole circuit board short circuited, the price to get this looked at was around 90€, the price to get this fixed they quoted over 600€, which you might as well just buy a new one. As part of their useless policy they gave us 3 options, one get the bike back broken, which can never be fixed and pay 90€, recycle it and pay 90€, or pay 600 plus € to fix it.

They recycled this for us and charged us still the invoice amount, even when they got a free scooter that they will most likely repair and use again. This company is bad, service is bad, and things that should be covered by warranty are not. Chinese company masked under Finnish service. Do not buy. Avoid.
