The attached toothbrush seem to be malfunctioning ( frequently starts and stops even on a gentle brushing) after couple weeks of usage. I cannot see it lasting 3 months as stated by the manufacturer.

I have not had an electric toothbrush before. I am enjoying using it and I feel that my teeth are better cleaned than with a manual toothbrush. The battery seems to last well too before I need to charge it.

Great product. Suitable for everyone, especially those suffering from excess plaque.

I agree with other users that the instructions are poor. I also agree that it's an adequate teeth cleaner. However, it may be me but I do not like the way the brush sprays the entire area with toothpaste/spit when taking the brush out of the mouth to run it under the tap. This is something I do frequently and I don't believe I'm the only one. Anyone who has to regularly clean a bathroom will not appreciate this particular problem.

What a great toothbrush! It’s sonic, quite different from my previous brush, so it takes a bit of getting used to. Excellent cleaning and plaque removal. Like the feature that lets you know when it’s time to change the brush head. And the 30second motion is a useful guide to proper brushing technique.

It appears a good tooth brush and does all that it claims to do but the head keeps falling off when in operation!

It feels quality in your hand because of the matte plastic finish. More importantly, it is an excellent toothbrush. I find my teeth are so much cleaner than manual or oral B.

It works fine. only had to buy it when the previous one's battery died

My wife has been using one for years and swears by it so thought I would give one a go and have got to say I am well impressed

The difference between my old toothbrush and this is like comparing a handsaw to a chainsaw. It feels as though every speck has been efficiently cleaned. Had to get used to the extra power/vibration, but feel I'm doing good things for my teeth.

This is my second 4300...the first one gave up after over 7 years of use. My only concern was that the listing stated 14 days of battery charge, and I was convinced that my old unit held much more...but I need not have worried, I gave it a full charge on delivery and we're now over 6 weeks in without needing a second charge :-)

I am very happy with the performance of this valuable tool to help keep my teeth and gums in good shape, as confirmed by my dentist. Comfortable to use, compact design and no need to recharge while travelling up to 2 weeks.

I am happy with the toothbrush when it works, however it seems that there is a fault with this model and it stops charging within less than a year of use. I purchased in December 2020 and have required 3 replacements on the following dates:

16/06/22

25/05/23

This is very frustrating as it also takes a couple of weeks to return the current toothbrush and receive a new one.

This has reversed my gum erosion. The rectangular brush is much more effective than the circular brush of my toothbrush.

Furthermore, when I had a problem with the head, Phillips replaced it completely hassle free.

Case does not close properly. Toothbrush is really good.

Having used electric toothbrushes for many years, I changed to the Phillips and was surprised at the removal of previous ‘stains’. I am long in the tooth but hope that continued use will reach further between my teeth to remove stains which remain

Combined with floss and interdental brushes, the Sonic works effectively to leave your mouth and teeth feeling they have had had a good sort out. The Sonic feels comfortable to hold in your hand, or between just finger and thumb for light brushing. The 30 second cut out helps with moving from section to section of your teeth to ensue all area are covered. Battery life is exemplary.
