Good purifier stylish quite good looking does the job.What i hate it the app on the phone lagging and after some time dont respond have to disconnect purifier from mane socket and connect back again its so annoying.Also filter after one month is full so gonna have to clean it and thats after i use like 2-3 hours a day when philips advising to keep purifier on at all times for best results so it sounds like a joke to me probably would have to clean (not change) filter every fortnight.Apart that mentioned above its a good product would defo advise to anyone,almost forgot if you buying to cool your room don’t bother coz it wont found cooling function totally useless.

The size is a little bit bigger than imagine. Heating function is good and gives us warm air blowing. Having try but I don’t think it can replace a heater or radiator in winter time. The cool fan is just a gimmick, it’s only fan in room temperature to let you feeling cool. No cooling function!!

Suprised at the large size but after installing the unit blends in with the existing furniture layout. It operates silently on programmes 1 &2 and even on maximum it is quiet. Have yet use the heater. The room air quality with fan operating is very noticeable and it maintains the room temperature in a room of some 50 square meters.

The heating mode is quieter then dyson. The air filter is cheaper and the functionality is overall very good. Not to mention philips sales and after-sales is phenomenal. Build quality very good. Comes with a remote and attention to detail like no beeps when changing settings. Lights can be turned off. White bedsheet now has no more carpet fuss over it while my older xioami purifier failed miserably at it. This is proof it really works. Needs heavy duty carbon deodoriser pellets in the replacement filter and it can beat any air purifier in the market.

Has a remote control, which is magnetic so can be stuck somewhere handy (just don't forget where you place it like I did the first time lol). Very useful piece of equipment. Please check dimensions as this is a a large unit. Other than that does exactly as your expect. Will say though no aftershock gadget we used, we could not get the app to work, but does work perfectly fine with the remote.

It's great for people like me with pets, allergies and asthma. Even removing dander from fur. It will tell you when you need to clean the filter on the app you can install to .Super important, it comes with a remote control that can be used to program this incredible machine.

Heats a room very quickly and is able to provide information on the air quality in regular messages. I’ve linked to my phone and can adjust from there which is amazing! Highly recommended

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a God send! It took a little while getting my head around it all and all its features but it's really good. So initially I struggled with the App but then finally it stopped glitching and worked perfectly. I have used this mainly for the fan heater and the air purifier. The fan heater is amazing really heats the room up quickly and the heat is not smelly like typical fan heaters. I can control the fan speed setting via the remote control or the app. I find the App a lot more handy as it's easier to navigate and read. I have used this a lot for the Purifier too and it has been great, I and the family have noticed we feel a lot less poorly, before having this we would all take turns constantly getting poorly. The App notifies you of the air quality etc and that is a very good and handy feature to have. I personally love this however my husband did say it is very costly to run electricity-wise. Also, the only con of this for me is the size of this, I didn't realise it would be so big until it arrived. Hopefully, when I move into my new home the size will not bother me. All in all, I think this is a fab all-rounder having 3 handy functions in one, with the ability to control via an app at the touch of your fingers or the handy little remote control. I would highly recommend this it has amazing features and great quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very fortunate to have the opportunity to test and review the Philips - Air Performer 8000 series AMF870/35 3-in-1 Air Purifier, Fan and Heater it came at the perfect time for the winter so the heat feature was the first part I tried it was very easy to set up you can control the heater through an app on your phone so you don't even need to get up to use it. It heats up my dinning room perfectly as this is one of the coldest rooms in my house. I love that it has the ability to clean the air in your home it helps remove viruses, allergens, aerosols and pollutants in my home meaning the whole household receive cleaner air. I have found it particularly good when I am cooking in the kitchen it picks up that the air may not be as clean as it could be as the colour changes on the display screen at the front it then gets to work to filter and clean the air. It also have a fan option that will be perfect to use this summer it can stand still or it can rotate so the whole household can feel the effects of the hot or cold air being blown. It's become a much loved and used item in my household and would be lost without it and love the fact that it is a 3 in 1.

You can set it to spin 180 degrees so it can cool the whole room at once. It can also be used on heat mode to blast out some hot air and also as a dehumidifier

I have used this in the front room and it has heated up the house so well ! It’s much more efficient than using the heating !! It warms up straight away ! I’ve yet to use the cool fan feature other than to give a little test to see how it functions and it got the room nice and cold ! So I can guarentee this will make the home nice and cool while we get this random heat spells ! Had been the perfect edition to the household ! It shows all the allergies in the air and air quality which has made me realise all the nasty stuff that is int eh home and I ah e found that I’ve suffered a lot less with stuffy noses and sneezing sessions while using this !

Love the magnetic remote too. Very easy to set up & use. Great multi use of air purifier/fan and heater, looks trendy too and is neutral in colour so fits in with interior well, best heater I’ve ever had, all my friends ask about it when they visit, I’ve recommended it to friends/family already. 5*

It heats up the room really fast this winter and the cold setting feels really cold, I Hooe we get another heatwave so I can properly test it out. My bedroom always has lots of dust particles no matter how much I clean and the air purifier setting on this works wonders! I feel like it's helping already with nit getting as many hay-fever symptoms and the air feels cleaner. I love how there's an app on your phone you can use to control it remotely without needing the controller if you've lost it. It's a really great bit of kit and feels very sturdy. It also looks great sort of futuristic and everyone that comes into my home asks about it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been using this over winter and so have only really used the heater. We use this heater to heat the living room when we don't want to heat the whole house. It heats up very quickly but doesn't feel like on overwhelming stream of hot air is being blasted at you. It does have the ability to rotate through up to a maximum of 160 degrees and you can set this, as with everything else, via the app.

The app tells you some interesting info such as allergen risk in the room as well as in your local area. The app also allows you to control pretty much everything. However, the app is slow to connect and sometimes needs restarting to pick up the fan via WiFi.

The item itself is quite large and the cable is not particularly long either restricting where you can place it. We don't bother using the actual controls on the fan as it's much simpler to do it via the app. The remote control is pretty pointless. It has a magnet so it can "stick" to the top of the heater but gets knocked off really easily.

For what it is, it's a very expensive heater and fan. The allergen risk info is interesting but of no real significance to us.

The purifier does need to be plugged in which I think is better than running on batteries. The purifier is large but not excessively so it stands proudly in our lounge. With one click of a button I can heat the room and diffuse at the same time. There is an option to rotate the device to adjust to your comfort so you know you are getting the maximum benefit. I like the way that it includes 3 functions and the fan cooling element is super powerful which I know will great in the summer months. Since using I have niticed a more cleaner atmosphere, my children are breathing in less air pollutants and therefore getting less allergies. Another advantage is that I can control the purifier via the app on my phone too. I love this air purifier, and will be using it for many years to come.

I love how I can control through an app on my phone (which is good as I have misplaced the remote control) but it amazes me how I can change from fan to heater. Love the different fan speed settings. I was even able to turn it off when I was at my work as my kids couldn’t work out how to do it. love love love this! Amazing product and fantastic quality. Love how it tells me what the air quality is like in my room too. Oh and the way you can set it to circulate is top notch. Overall amazing product. Thank you

The fan/heater certainly packs a punch, and quickly gives you the results you want. Easy to set up, and link to your smart devices. App controls are pretty good too, allowing you full control over temperature, angle of the rotation... speed o the fan, and quick switching between modes. and what's more, it does it with making very little sound (unless you put it in turbo, but you'd expect that). An to top it all off, it purifies the air... and lets you know how good/bad the air quality is....

Only critique... could be a little smaller.
