All the parts came unassembled in a box. Even the stickers to decorate the tractor were separate. It is a small project to build it together with your child. Everything otherwise is complete and works. It is an OK quality product for the price. Riding is not easy though especially on an uneven surface and on lawn. Nevertheless, my two and half years old daughter has fun with it while carrying her toys and garden tools in the trailer
