  1. Great all rounder

    Arvosana 5/5

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was looking for a 4k IPS monitor primarily for daily work, while also providing a good gaming option. Power delivery over USB-C is hugely helpful for simple cable management, picture quality is great, and it works well for gaming. Response rate may be a bit slower than advertised, but without any high performance gaming needs it fits the bill perfectly.

  2. Erityisen hyvä toimistonäyttö peliominaisuuksilla

    Arvosana 5/5

    N. kerran viikossa tapahtuva CS2:n peluukin onnistuu itselle ihan riittävän hyvin 144Hz virkistystaajuuden ansiosta.

  4. Tosi hyvä näyttö

    Arvosana 5/5

Ei mitään moitittavaa näytössä. Olisi toki kiva tietää mitä laatua mukana tulevat kaapelit ovat. Mutta itse näyttö on loistava.

  7. Clarity and versatility

    Arvosana 5/5

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't use the 31.5" Y32p-30 monitor for gaming, but it delivers excellent, high quality, easily readable images of three documents at once--exactly what I need it to do. The internal speakers sound great and are sufficient for my needs The ports for my (wired) mouse and keyboard are handy, keeping my desktop neat.

  8. Lenovo Legion Y32p

    Arvosana 4/5

Tähän mennessä paras näyttö, hinta ja laatu vastaa odotuksia, näytön värimaailma.a on todella hyvä, sopi pelaamisen sekä perus video editoijalle. Ala palkoissa oleva led valo saa toimimaan näppis valona kun päivittää näytön omaa ohjelmistoa.

USB-C saa laitettu läppärillä lisänäytöksi nopeasti. Näytön kaiuttimista kaipaa vähä bassoa, keskustelu ohjelma näytön kaiuttimista kuulosta hyvältä.

  9. I like it a lot but two small issues…

    Arvosana 4/5

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like it a lot but I have two small issues. The base is a bit large for a desk (at least six inches deeper than my previous 27” monitor) and the KVM forced usb-c priority so that I have to disconnect my usb-c laptop altogether to get back to my desktop on hdmi 1. I love the fact that is has a built in KVM but disconnecting usb-c is a pain.

  10. The best 32" 4K IPS Monitor, but awful firmware

    Arvosana 3/5

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This monitor is likely the best when compared against others with similar specs at least in late 2024 which is the time of review. Note that this monitor came out sometime back, so it's impressive that it holds up so well and that there's no better option in the market. I'll focus on highlighting key differences that make this monitor stand out for me. I was looking to buy something to keep for 3+ years, and this might be it in spite of my review score.

    Pros:

    • Great color accuracy - There's a calibration report in the box, though it's unclear whether the report is meant for the default or SRGB mode. My preferred mode is "custom" dropping the green level to around 80 or 85, and dropping the red level to 95 or 90. However, the "Natural" preset is good, too.

    • Great contrast - blacks are surprisingly black, with no noticeable backlight bleed or "glow". Blacks look black regardless of brightness level. You can freely adjust gamma and achieve a level of contrast that best suits your liking. I think 2.2 is as high as I'd go, but I also like 2.0 and "default".

    • KVM Switch - with the press of a button you can switch inputs, and also switch your USB devices to the other input device.

    • Fast-charging over USB-C - I can plug in my Lenovo Legion Go and have it charge super fast while I use it plugged into the monitor, I love that.

    • High sharpness and clarity - The anti-glare coating on this monitor is extremely good. Text and content in general is super sharp, and yet you don't get glare or any of the "rainbow" graininess you see on other monitor's anti-glare coating.

    • Excellent motion handling and VRR / Freesync - This monitor is superior in "motion clarity" to virtually every other monitor save for a handful smaller ones. Freesync works amazingly well and there's zero flicker. This alone makes a significant difference when playing games. You can see the details on a review site like RTINGS, but in summary, this monitor is perfect on this area.

Cons: Awful firmware and software experience

    • There are "glitches", that is, sometimes the monitor will say that the input signal is not supported, most often when switching inputs via the KVM button. I've had to reboot my computer to get it to show up. This is over Display Port.

    • Another glitch is that, when switching inputs via KVM switch, sometimes you open the monitor settings, and the window auto-closes. The issue goes away if you turn the monitor on and off.

    • The software is hardly usable, the download link from the support page did not install and I had to look for the software elsewhere. Seems to be a recent version, but it's incredibly glitchy. There's tons of options missing, too, like the 6-axis color adjustment which is only accessible through the Monitor's settings.

    • There's a huge discrepancy between options and their names between both the software and the monitor's settings.

    • Confusing options - The monitor's settings are incredibly confusing. For example, you can't change the color preset without enabling "brightness native", which should be on by default because it also lets the monitor get much brighter. There's also settings you can't enable at all, like Smart Charging (which I think needs to have something plugged in to be usable). There's no hints or info on any of these options, and the manual fails to address it. It's frustrating.

You'd imagine Lenovo would push more firmware updates or keep the software experience polished, but that's not the case. It's been years since release and both the firmware and software are awful and frustrating to operate. It's a shame because this truly is an amazing monitor, to the point I'd say it beats out competitors despite all of these flaws.
