Sound is great. The app is the downside. Difficult and slow to connect.

Purchased to replace 10 year Sonos player (zero issues but zero atmos)

Constantly changes from hdmi earc back to tv speaker. Sometimes even stops sound altogether and have to switch off power and reset everything. Then the lip sync around a second out and drives me mad.

Good sound terrible connectivity.

I bought this 6 months ago. Quality of sound is average and it's constantly needing to be rebooted as it clashes with tv speakers

Mostly works OK, nice sound with the added bass speaker but sound bar doesn't always turn on and I have to take the power cable out and reboot it

I purchased the smart 600 sound bar to replace my bose speaker and I must say what a fantastic clever piece of kit it is. I have the bass 500 and the smart surround speakers too and the sound is absolutely great and well above my expectations. It's easy to set up with the bose app taking you through all what you need to do

I have been testing a whole range of soundbars and can honestly say this is the best one of them all. Firstly, it's relatively it's compact size. Under 1m means I can install it nicely on a TV unit. Secondly, the overall sound quality got ven it's small size. It has transformed my TV viewing experience. The dialogue is crisp and clear. Music has a good dynamic range. Bass for this unit is exceptional. If you want even more bass, add the external sub for a formidable listening experience. You won't be disappointed. And note, you can add this to any TV with HDMI connection. You don't need a TV with Dolby Atmos. Highly recommend. Go and buy one now before they sell out.

Previous Bose product Cinemate GS2 replaced reluctantly with this beauty.added surround speakers and now what's not to like about the sound. In my opinion if you live in a flat the base from these speakers is more than enough. Of course if I lived in a detached house I maybe would buy a subwoofer.

This is controlled by a phone app and has limited functions

Yllättävän hyvä soundi tässä on. Aiemmassa soundbarissa oli erillinen subwoofer kaiutin niin jännitti, että miten bassot riittää, vaan huoli oli turhaa, hyvin riittää basso. Tuntuu että musan kuuntelussa jopa parempi kuin tv:n äänenä. Hinta ja laatu kohtaa hyvin.

Purchased May 2024: easy to set up and link with the Samsung TV. The Bose App also easy to set up and sync. The Dolby set up produced great surround sound just using the bar. Links easy to music apps too

Bought to go with my LG OLED TV, but does not power on automatically despite being in the correct HDMI port. Believe this is a common fault but I only realised when it was too late to return the sound bar. Don't buy this if you have an LG TV. Or at least test it properly as soon as you buy so you are not stuck with an expensive brick like I am.... one star due to this. Sound wise it's good, low volume not great but as soon as you go above 20% it's very good and you can notice the effects you get with dolby atmos. Lacks base but you can add the extra base module to fix that. Cabling not great design the power and HDMI cables exit the unit in different directions so they cross over each other, which means you can't neatly route them if it's placed on a cabinet in front of the TV. Because of the connection and cable routing I would not recommend this and am disappointed in the purchase of this.

I bought it a month ago. Amazing sound and movie mode.

We have bought this soundbar with bass module 500 and it was smooth set up , connecting to out tv, wifi, even sounlink mini. Bose app works well too. Sound quality is BOSE quality.

Bought Sonos sound bar first sold to me at the shop as better than Bose, changed after two weeks and got Bose , big difference in sound and quality Bose superior than Sonos blue tooth sold it to me great for music also. Love it

This is far superior for sound I’ve tried other sound systems but you can’t beat the best
