I bought this as a way of upgrading my 1050 Ti which had done sterling service but was unable to provide the full graphics details in games like Red Dead Redemption 2.
This was at an attractive price on Overclockers and came swiftly. It was well packaged and undamaged.
Installing it physically was very easy. Playing with getting it working was a little tricky as it involved having to juggle having the card out of the motherboard and a monitor plugged into the on board graphics coupled with installing the card and then using the ports on the GPU.
However, once done the rest was very painless. The software and drivers worked seamlessly and were easy to download. They seem to have pretty much the same features as the Ge Force Experience I was used to but may be a little lighter resource wise.
The card itself is working just lovely, dead quiet in the case, I noticed it does not spin up the dual fans unless it really needs to.
The performance is nearly three times better than my old card and a test on RDR2 shows the game looking much prettier with ease and no issues at all.
All in all excellent value for money and a brilliant mid range GPU for gaming.
