[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm not sure how something labeled as universal could not actually connect to anything, but that is the situation. I should have listened to the other reviews! Incredibly frustrating and a total e-waste of time and money.

Regrettably, I assumed this was a 2.4G universal receiver & would work with my 2.4G Lenovo mouse. Not so! Upon a closer reading of the product description there appear to be only a couple specific mice that it's compatible with. I accept most of the blame for the misunderstanding but sure wish Lenovo's descriptions were more clear.

I was not able to connect the Lenovo USB receiver to my Lenovo laptop

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can confirm this product works with the Lenovo Professional Keyboard. That being said, when pairing the existing keyboard with this new receiver, you must press the pairing button on the existing keyboard AND hold the keyboard within 4 INCHES of the USB receiver until pairing is complete. If the keyboard isn't placed within this 4" zone it will not pair. I suspect this is the reason so many people believe it doesn't work.

I was told this would function as a replacement receiver for a mouse/keyboard combo. It does not. It will not pair with the mouse at all, and lost connection with the keyboard within seconds of pairing.

I wish I had read these reviews before I bought this replacement. The description above IS A LIE. It does not work as a replacement for your Lenovo wireless keyboard and mouse USB. When I called Customer Service, they said I would have to purchase a whole new keyboard and mouse simply because a tiny piece of the original dongle chipped off. How wasteful!! I would give it 0 reviews if that were possible.

This would have been a 5 star review but the item I purchased does not work with my other Lenovo devices despite the website confirming that it would.

I have them all over the office if someone losses it the keyboard & mouse set is a throw a way. Don’t buy this set.

Bought 2 of these and neither of them work. I have 2 new Lenovo keyboards and mouse that I have missing USB receivers. I thought if I bought new ones they would work. They do not.
