I bought this product but cannot get replacements filters where can I buy them

The machine gets 4 stars but can only be rated 1 star as you can’t get filters so the expensive machine is a rip off

Philips are thieves take money and no product received

It certainly seems to filter the air very well and mostly quietly.

The machine becomes unusable when the filter has expired. Impossible to obtain replacement filers which means the device only last a few months.

Very disappointed as just bought this only to find there are no filters available! The other large online store that sounds like a jungle don't even know if they will ever have any. What sot of company sells expensive air purifiers and then has not even a single filter in the whole of Europe?

Well in utter disgust I sent mine back. This is unacceptable Philips - why are you still selling these?

Apart for the lack of spares, the purifier never even worked well - it stayed on the absolute lowest setting which is nearly off, yet my small room is covered in dust! Not a good start is is Philips - I think this is another example of over-priced products and no customer backup or spares.

Let down still no filters, don’t buy this product you cant get one
