Wonderful colour and clarity and ai makes it easier love it

my first smart tv so taking a bit of getting used to everything and going from sky to tv but overall

pleased with picture, colour and sound.

I paid for unpacking and setting up but delivery people just fitted the stand and plugged in tv. Didn't explain anything so had to get relative to sort it all out for me, wouldn't have paid the extra if I had known.

Very bright and clear picture on both satellite and aerial inputs and super sound when connected to an old LG soundbar.

Taking an afternoon to set-up was the only downside due to two pensioners struggling with a smartphone and modern technology.

Not having set up a new tv, I felt a bit daunted but although I was a novice, I managed it and now I am proud of myself and very pleased with my new tv.

So far so good, a bit slow loading apps though.good picture quality for a low budget tv

Sound is very good.

Over complicated. Too many steps to perform to turn subtitles on and off - should be button access. Later in the day, a message appears "this app will now restart to free up memory" which is very annoying when watching a program. Despite bragging about WebOS, there is no way to access a browser, nor is a browser app available. The audio from the built-in speakers is terrible - "Boomy". The digital optical output is needed to connect to a optical to analogue converter to feed an amplifier / sound bar. And, of course, no access to "Red Button". I also hate the shaky Magic Remote - the up, down, left, right keys are so much easier to use.

Brilliant TV i upgraded to this 50" LG from my 43"LG TV easy to set up and has all the apps you need. Great value for money.

Everything was efficiently organized, communication about times of delivery as well.

Amazing picture quality and acceptable sound performance. This was my second LG TV purchase due to the fact I loved the 55inch version so much.

A little disappointed with the quality of the picture, also the TV switches itself off after a time saying it needs to free up memory which is quite annoying, not my finest hour in purchasing this TV

Absolutely delighted with the tv, picture clarity cant be faulted. if i had one qualm with the unit, it would be that it does not appear to recognise tv terrestrial aerial for receiving irish channels with an input (source) designated for this individually. it is therefore a little cumbersome trying to change between Satellite and Aerial, something i do frequently. maybe ive overlooked an easier option, but not sure.

I bought this tv 9 days ago and the image quality is so bad . I regretted ever buying this tv and I will never recommend to anyone. The image quality is like you are in the 70s so blue and red the colour of the tv is red. The tv takes time to load I am going to refund it today.

Recently purchased this television and am pleased with the picture and sound quality. Only problem so far is when connected to virgin media the voices are out of sync. After changing channels then returning to original channel seems to right itself.

For those who want a no fuss TV, great picture quality and great user interface. This is the perfect TV.

All well and good, easy to set up aparr from loosing channels few times but think thats more of an aerial issue
