I am using the griddle on my 315 Genesis and with a little negotiating it works well

while using indirect heat. Eggs, potatoes, tomatoes, mushrooms, stir fry. Yummy as well as the shrimp skewers or beef kabobs. I love it.

An excellent addition to my Q3200 propane grill. Shrimp and scallops are prepared in a flash.

This griddle is so handy. I can cook so much on it that normal is tough to cook on grates. Chicken doesn’t come apart. Burgers are fantastic, I can even toast the buns! Live in Florida so will be perfect if we lose power to a storm!
