I love this speaker set I bought, I liked it a lot and they sound really good.

Easy to set up, only one plug outlet needed for the rear speakers. Easy App set up and applied change to rear left to right configuration of the rear speakers.

Overall enjoying the A.I. sound on our LG 55" OLED TV.

Size and design is good. Only issue is the provided remote will not adjust volume once the soundbar is paired with a magic remote. Not a massive issue, but a bit frustrating nevertheless.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a 55 inch LG TV and this sound bar pairs perfectly well with it - in terms of both looks and functionality. Connecting it to the TV was really easy and didn't require any additional leg work. It's compact and sleek size is great for apartment living. The sound quality is good considering the size and price and you can really hear the difference without. I don't think I can ever go back to watching TV with a soundbar!

I love the fact you can change the sound effect to what you are watching, currently watching Wimbledon in the sport sound and it feels like you’re actually there. I connected it all through Bluetooth. I played music through it earlier and love the acoustics of it. The design is sleek and stylish and fits really well with our LG television. I have never had a soundbar but my son has and he is very jealous of ours now. I would definitely recommend this item, very impressed and great value for money.

I have set it up enough to pair with my telephone so this is what I am reviewing as I do not have an LG TV this is not as easy to set this side up . So on reviewing the soundbar cosmetically this is very apealling with its sleek slim design. The features of the soundbar ie bluetooth were very easy to set up and navigate either via the app or the remote control supplied with soundbar - my phone paired to this no problem and the sound I can now get from playing albums on my phone connected to the soundbar is awesome very crisp and clear and the subwoofer also has this crisp clear sound . Over the weekend I will try and figure out as to how I can connect this via my TV and shall update

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When it comes to upgrading your soundbar i 100% recommend the LG US40T, this sleek wireless soundbar is a great addition to my entertainment experience, Ive always had a soundbar connected to the TV, the previous soundbar had wires and was 10 years old.

The LG soundbar is easy to use and connected via HDMI or Optical cable, it has Bluetooth functionality where i can connect it to my Spotify and play music with ease.

The Bluetooth doesnt connect to my phone automatically, i have to go into my bluetooth settings and connect manually, but overall that's just an inconvenience not a deal breaker.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having never owned a sound bar before I was unsure exactly what to expect from this product. I could see from the website it was an entry to middle level sound bar by the price and features.

I was pleasantly surprised at how easy the set up was, and I like that it can be used to connect my mobile phone to so I can listen to my music or podcasts with a better device.

I initially found the sound needed some playing with as the strength of the subwoofer gave me earache! But using the easy to app meant I could turn it up or down to a comfortable level.

I now use it for all of my TV viewing, it works especially well when watching a Movie to give an immersive massive experience. Very pleased with the item overall.

My prevoius soundbar was not very good as we could not hear the sound of the films we were trying to watch. This sound system is great I am trying to learn how to use it now.

So far so good,easy connection,set up as well. Great sound 👌

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was super interested in how much of a difference I would noticed compared to the "good" TV speakers.

Setup was simple and I'd recommend if your TV supports it plugging into a HDMI port with ARC. Once all plugged in, the setup was painless. You'll need to carry on via app which allows device updates and adjusting the sound profile.

Straight away I put on one of my favourite films, nice punchy bass and the rest of the sound profile filled up nicely. A certain improvement to the TV speakers to say the least.

If plugged in via HDMI the volume will adjust on the TV remote so the remote thay comes with the bar doesn't need to be used.

The wireless sub is real handy for placement with it just needing power, no pairing required just synced up and ready to go.

Overall, it's a neat 2.1 system with plenty of sound profile customisation, a good size so it'll fit nicely in most TV units and the sub unit isn't massive either. It has options for Bluetooth connection, optical or HDMI so it has good connectivity also.

I like the way it connects to our TV via Bluetooth so there is no need for any cables. Also my phone can connect to the soundbar so I can play my music through it too

The quality and appearance are both great - does not look out of place on my floating tv cabinet with hidden cables down to my setup which makes it very visually appealing.

The subwoofer I’ve put behind the sofa so it’s out of site and helps with the cinematic feel

In built subwoofer with a more rounded, deeper experience. Whether that be watching football or playing video games, watching the latest blockbuster or eastenders, it has enhanced the experience 10fold and I would definitely recommend (especially to anyone wondering if it would actually improve the sound) The wireless set up is smooth (however the LG app isn’t as intuitive as you’d want). Only things to get used to are the difference between programme / app bass - as some voices / conversations are more difficult to be heard - however the deeper the voice, usually the better the quality. The more that sound is recorded in Dolby / higher resolution, the more the experience will improve. Bass is rich and deep and it is a worthy investment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The LG US40T comprises of an slim under TV soundbar and a seperate Subwoofer, out of the box the only problem I found was that there were no connection cables. The system requires either a HDMI cable or an Optical cable to connect to your television set, neither of these were supplied with my package so i was delayed a few days having to source either cable before I could review it.

Setup is simple once you have the HDMI or Optical cable, the soundbar connects directly into the back of any TV and the Subwoofer connects itself automatically via Bluetooth.

The LG US40T is one of, if not the cheapest in the range of the LG Soundbars but this is in no way apparent from the audio quality it produces. Sound is rich and abundant and you can clearly hear each high, mid and low range frequencies when used in addition to the Subwoofer which on its own produced a very deep bass which literally made my living room walls shudder and vibrate.

I tested a variety of inputs varying from watching standard Freeview TV channels to streaming channels on a 4k Firestick and Netgem TV, the end result was an above average sound, bordering on excellent. I then tested the system by playing music through it using its Bluetooth connection and I hardly noticed a difference from its sound output to that I get from my using my high end Hifi system.

The remote you get is small but adequate for use, i did not notice any instructions with the system to inform me of what each button does but they were easy to work out by myself.

The LGUS40T produces an excellent sound but it does not comprise of any Surround Sound setting, instead the remote comprises of an 'AI' button which the soundbar announces to you when pressed. I did not use this function much but when I did, I noticed the soundbar produced a wider spatial sound which was more 'room filling'.

To summerize, the LGUS40T is an impressive sound system, certainly an upgrade to the already decent sound produced by LG Tv's however I didn't know what i was missing until I received and tested the LGUS40T.

Now, I may sound like I’m over exaggerating but after spending a small fortune on a massive TV recently, I thought that would be enough to experience cinema quality viewing at home. But this LG soundbar has taken it to the next level.

Straight out of the box, the soundbar and subwoofer were beautifully crafted and sleek. The soundbar needs an optic cable or an HDMI to plug into the TV - you need to purchase this separately. Not a problem as we had a few of these to hand. Once, plugged in there were a few settings that needed to be changed in order for it to work seamlessly but once you’re through that, the LG soundbar turns on whenever you turn the TV on. It has a little voice that tells you it’s paired too - very useful!

The sound is beautiful - crisp and full. The subwoofer provides some hefty base and really gets you involved with the program you’re watching, especially during full action scenes.

I would highly recommend this soundbar for anyone who wants to take their home theatre to the next level. Obviously the picture needs to be good (tv) but if your sound doesn’t match, then you’re letting the whole experience down.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The US40T might be the entry-level 2.1 speaker setup, but the subwoofer alone (the larger box bit) can deliver punchy low frequencies. As it is wireless, it just needs a plug socket, so it can be placed (hidden) anywhere in the room. The setup needs to be completed on a smartphone, like most good tech now, but it also comes with a handy remote control to allow for quick setting changes. There are buttons on the top of the sound bar itself, which allow direct volume control, on/off and Bluetooth sync buttons.

Right out of the box, you will notice a difference from onboard TV speakers. The clarity on the default settings alone is night and day for spoken dialogue. The AI Pro mode is a set-and-forget. Using it for over a week now, and the AI Pro settings are my go-to mode.

My usage case was to connect to a laptop/tablet and music play back in the dining room and boy does that deliver, with gaming have never sounded so great. Oh, and this one does pass the wife test. All in all, at this price point, I cannot fault it.

Wow 👌 this soundbar is spot on, me and my family are BIG lovers of music 🎶 and have been looking around for a new soundbar, so when this came up for me to review i new it would be a good buy. As soon as it was delivered, within 10min of signing for it we had it all plugged in ready to here the sound 😀 we are so so happy we purchased as it really is a fantastic soundbar, it looks neat and sounds perfect 👌 theres nothing we love more than playing old reggae or abit of ub40 haha , honestly to anyone thinking of purchasing a good soundbar i really would say buy this as you most definitely will not be disappointed, it looks great,sounds great and looks great, also its not massive just the right size, highly recommend 10/10 from me and my music loving family 😀
