The LG OLED 65B42LA is an amazing TV, sure to please all but the most demanding buyers. The very good brightness, HDR makes it well-suited to watching anything, from TV content to the latest hit movies in HDR. It has superb reflection handling, and with its good peak brightness, the TV can handle bright rooms or glare without issue. But like almost every OLED on the market, it's better suited for a dark room, where its OLED panel, with its deep inky blacks, truly performs at its best. Its very low input lag makes it a gamer's dream, as your inputs are translated almost instantaneously to the screen, and its superb response time makes it a great choice for any fans of fast-moving content, be it sports or games, as action stays clear and crisp throughout. As soon as I hooked up my console to the LG 65B42LA , which does support 4K 120Hz – I loaded up some games and noticed an immediate difference in the picture quality. It was night and day. Textures, light, colors are more realistic. You may think these differences are relatively minor, but they made my gaming experience that much more immersive and, ultimately, more enjoyable The TV also supports DTS, making it a fantastic choice for your home entertainment center, in combination with the LG soundbar and the WOW orchestra option you feel like you are in a movie or a game because the sound surrounds you from every side.

No issues at all. Despite sales guys in stores trying to convince me of banding issues (and showing me it in person ) strangely these issues did not happen with my own tv at home. Makes you realise what games these Sony/Samsung reps do in stores to show their product is "bettter". Fantastic tv for the price.
